At the Law Office of Taylor C. Stone, LLC, we believe that the most important and valuable legal services a business owner or individual can receive are those which prevent the necessity of protracted, and expensive, litigation to determine your legal rights. As such, our philosophy is to take every step available to shield your business, your assets and estate, and your peace of mind from the inherent stresses and uncertainties of a lawsuit. However, no business or individual can be fully isolated from the reality that a lawsuit is only one mistake away. We stand ready to litigate on your behalf to vigorously pursue your legal rights and claims, or staunchly defend you or your business from those asserting legal causes of action against you.

Personal service and attention to detail sets our practice apart from most law firms. Attorney Taylor C. Stone personally handles and oversees each matter from beginning to end. There are no junior associates, paralegals, or outsourced services provided. Call us today to see how we can be of service to you in today’s legal environment or in helping you plan for tomorrow’s.
